For 30 years, I have devoted my practice to protecting the rights of persons charged with crimes, DUI/DWI, serious traffic offenses, and those who have been injured in motor vehicle and on-the-job accidents. Accident cases are taken on a contingency basis. There is no fee or expense unless I win your case. Fees for criminal, DUI, and traffic cases are determined on a case-by-case basis, depending upon the complexity of the issues, number of witnesses, and the time necessary to properly defend the case.
