In 2003 we opened our first restaurant on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, breaking the mold with unexpected and ingenious culinary creations, a cellar full of the world’s highest rated wines, and A-plus service from highly talented and motivated individuals. Our one-of-a-kind brand of hospitality was a huge success. Since our inception 13 years ago, we have successfully launched 21 properties and reached new heights with our food offerings, quality of service, and wide array of beverage propositions. This is the most exciting chapter yet for our organization. We are in a rapid growth mode as a company, expanding into new markets and entering into new business categories, all while remaining at the forefront of delivering innovation and excellence in hospitality.
