Create Catering is Philip and Desiree Dorwart- an award winning, chef driven, fully customized and full-service catering and bar service. We provide fine dining quality food and service to all types of events in the greater Twin-Cities area. We hand craft all of our menus using local, seasonal and sustainable goods- offer a unique approach by working with the vision of our clients to create an experience unmatched by other. Be it an intimate dinner party for 12, or an event for 500- we offer a wholly different experience. At Create Catering, we are so committed to sustainable agriculture and supporting local artisans that we bought a 35 acre organic farm in Wadena, MN and named it “Gemini Farm." We plant between one and two acres per growing season of dynamite vegetables and use much of our farm bounty in our creations, allowing us to provide a truly unique experience. Along with our off-site catering and bar services, Create also offers our very own private event venue in Northeast Minneapolis. The Dining Studio arose from the void in Chef Philip Dorwart's life without a restaurant. We put our heads together and realized we may be able to have our cake and eat it too. If we put a dining room out of the way, decorate simply with great local art, make great food, offer wine and beer, provide stellar service and have fun, will people come to us? The answer is a resounding, yes! At The Dining Studio we offer an unrivaled experience, “dining and cooking as entertainment.” Where else can you chat with the chefs, watch them cook, help plan the entire menu and have a restaurant dining room solely for you and your guests?
