MISSION STATEMENT:
Creative Alternatives was founded to provide a safe and nurturing environment for troubled youth. With 35 years of experience Creative Alternatives continues to do so, with more sophistication and expertise than is generally found within the industry.
After a child has been removed from his or her biological family due to abuse, neglect, or other issues, Creative Alternatives is responsible for providing a safe, nurturing atmosphere that can promote the child’s emotional stability and growth. Our treatment approach has several facets: testing services to determine appropriate school needs, psychological testing to determine counseling needs, individual, group, and family therapy, psychiatric assessment and treatment, and strong positive role modeling from the best people in our community.
Our goal is to have children placed in the least restrictive living and school environments possible for their particular circumstances.
