CRESO Capital Partners is a middle-market investment banking boutique and merchant banking firm. We have two primary lines of business, (1) middle market M&A advisory services and (2) Mezzanine capital investments.

On our advisory division our mission to advise client companies in corporate finance and M&A transactions. Through our mezzanine investment arm, we target investments between $3mm to $15mm for growth, recapitalization, and acquisitions. Despite most enterprise value lenders in the capital markets are exiting investments and putting off any new investment/lending opportunities, we remain very active and willing to invest/lend. We target growing or stable companies with EBITDA north of $2mm.
