Founded in 1946, Cressi is the oldest underwater diving company in existence and the history of underwater diving is identified with the history of Cressi as many Cressi products have marked the evolution of this sport over the past sixty years.

Cressi is a company with highly specialized technical offices. All the products are computer designed, with constant research into new materials. Quality control in the water, severe product tests and constant product inspections also represent the core of the company. 

Cressi is a modern manufacture company and designs and produce items related to different water-related sports: scuba diving, snorkeling, freediving, spearfishing, swimming. Cressi also designs neoprene related products and bags for the above mentioned sports. In 2010 Cressi has created a division - Cressi Electronic - specifically focused on the production of water-related electronic instruments. 

Cressi has branches in North America, Spain and France. Cressi is distributed all over the world.
