Our mission is to influence and transform the commercial real estate industry by advancing women. We do this by Engaging, Including and Developing our members and stakeholders; Fostering the success of women in communities we serve; Sustaining CREW DC as a powerful, influential and supportive association for the women in the commercial real estate industry.

Founded in 1979, CREW DC today has more than 600 members and is the largest chapter of CREW Network.  CREW Network is the international association for women in commercial real estate and represents more than 12,000 women (and men) in chapters across more than 80 major markets.
