Crider Health Center is a non-profit community health center that provides a critical resource to the communities we serve: the Missouri Counties of Lincoln, Warren, St. Charles, and Franklin. Our goal is to assure every citizen of this area has the health care they need, at the time they need it, delivered in the setting in which those services will be most effective and efficient. To obtain this goal, we provide integrated health care to adults and children, including primary care, dental, and behavioral health services.

Crider Health Center accepts MO HealthNet (Medicaid) and some private insurances. Services are also delivered to individuals without insurance on a sliding fee basis.
