Crimson Exploratioin Inc. is engaged in the exploitation, exploration, development and acquisition of crude oil and natural gas, primarily in the onshore regions of the United States. At present, we own and operate properties in Texas, Louisiana, Colorado and Mississippi, with acreage positions in the Woodbine formation in Southeast Texas, the Eagle Ford Shale and Buda formation in South Texas, the Haynesville Shale, Mid-Bossier and James Lime plays in East Texas and the Denver Julesburg Basin in Colorado. In the future, our growth strategy will include the development of our Haynesville Shale acreage, the continued development of substantial undeveloped reserves on our existing properties, the acquisition of additional producing reserves in the Gulf Coast Region and the ongoing development of high quality exploration prospects. At December 31, 2012, our estimated total proved reserves were approximately 6.2 million barrels of oil, 3.0 million barrels of NGL’s, and 61.9 billion cubic feet of natural gas, or 117.0 billion cubic feet of natural gas equivalents, with an estimated net present value, based on SEC year-end price guidelines, and discounted at 10% (PV-10), of $340.1 million. Approximately 54% of our 2012 year-end reserves were proved developed and 53% natural gas.
