Criterion General, Inc. is a full-service general construction company specializing in design-build projects with a track record of successful projects and satisfied owners throughout the State of Alaska since 1992.

We have accomplished this by maintaining a highly qualified staff and developing close relationships with the best subcontractors in the marketplace.  We prefer to be involved in projects where our input as contractors provides benefit to the outcome of each project, regardless of whether we are members of a design-build team, or are low bidders on a project already designed. We aspire to form partnerships with owners where trust is the basis of the relationship.

In our preferred approach to project delivery, the owner, architect, consulting engineers, general contractor, subcontractors and suppliers form a tightly-knit team in which all parties share a common goal: the faithful execution of the design, fulfilling the owner's program requirements, within the owner's budget.
