By providing highly qualified full-time inspectors to our customers, CCQI has built a reputation as a dependable, proficient, and respected 3rd party supplier. We specialize in the areas of Inspection/ Sorting, Repackaging, Rework, Kitting, Assembly & Warehousing. Our Services: Part/ Product Inspection- Our Full-time quality inspectors are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for on-site inspection at your facility or off-site inspection at our warehouse. Our inspectors are trained on work instructions provided by the customer or work instructions created by Cross Check Quality Inspection Managers (approved by customer); before initiating our services. We provide daily and weekly summary reports of our findings and assist engineers on continuous improvements. Rework Services- In order to save cost CCQI can make your parts conform to your customer requirements by correcting the problem. Repackaging, Product Kits, and Assembly- CCQI will pack, assemble, label your product, and deliver it to your location or ship directly to your customer from our warehouse. Warehousing- We have monitored warehouse space available located in Bowling Green, KY. Along with storing and shipping, our experienced team can also package, inspect, and/or rework your product while onsite at our warehouse. Alcohol Warehousing & Repackaging- CCQI has an up-to-date Kentucky ABC License and can warehouse Distilled Spirits/ Wine. CCQI also partners with a licensed transportation company to move product to and from customer locations. Product Transportation- CCQI has a company owned 24 ft. box truck and contracted company with 53 ft. semi-trailers to move product to and from company locations.
