Cross Street Partners (CSP) is a vertically integrated real estate group focused on impact-driven development and the adaptive reuse of historic, urban properties. Our projects are built on a foundation of neighborhood investment, historic revitalization, environmental sustainability, and strong community partnerships. 

With a focus on integrity and a passion  for tackling challenging, transformative projects in traditionally-underserved communities, our diverse, interdisciplinary team leverages decades of tactical knowledge across Real Estate Development, Construction, and Property Management, to serve our own projects and those of our advisory clients. 

At CSP, we believe that development impacts everyone, and everyone should have a voice in development. Our team comes to development from diverse backgrounds – urban and environmental planners, former high school teachers, a housing resource center, a Biotech startup, a commercial fishing boat, and a master electrician. What we have in common is a passion for building stronger, more equitable, and sustainable communities. 

To Date, Cross Street Partners has delivered 1MM SF and over $200MM in assets to cities like Baltimore, Cambridge MD, and Dayton OH; and has over $400MM in development, including $50MM for our advisory clients.
