At CrossFit 213 you are part of a community that has come together for one common goal: to achieve exceptional fitness. We designed a program that is inclusive and adaptable to any individual's needs. Whether you are looking to lose weight, become an elite athlete, get in the best shape of your life, or all the above, we're here to help you make it happen. We believe in providing a strength and conditioning program that focuses on compound and functional movements. You won't spend hours on an elliptical or do sets of bicep curls. Instead, you'll be pushed to become faster, stronger, and more agile. You'll replace fat with muscle, your endurance will increase to a level you didn't think possible, and you'll have fun doing it. CrossFit 213 classes typically last between 45-60 minutes. Every workout combines movements such as running, rowing, weightlifting, jumping rope, gymnastics, and countless different body weight exercises. Each classes will complete the workout of the day, or "WOD." Workouts challenge your whole body and utilitize carefully chosen exercises that combine both strength and cardiovascular movements.
