Bill Dorman spent many years as a corporate consultant before shifting careers to focus on small businesses in Gainesville, Florida as part of his work managing a local startup incubator. He loved working directly with founders and their teams, and he saw the immediate impact he was creating. But he also recognized that small businesses are unable to pay big consultant house fees.

So he set out to create a system through which any “Main Street” company could get the business advice and assistance they need at a price they can afford. And so, with these principles in mind, Crosslinear was born in 2012.
