Crosslinx Transit Solutions is a construction consortium formed by EllisDon, AtkinsRéalis, Aecon and ACS-Dragados to deliver the Eglinton Crosstown Light Rail Transit Project. The consortium was selected by Infrastructure Ontario and Metrolinx to undertake this major public-transit construction in Toronto. It is based in Toronto, with a footprint that centers on large-scale transportation infrastructure projects. CTS operates as a mid-sized collaboration among its founding firms to execute complex rail and transit construction for public-sector clients.

In June 2025, CTS announced a partnership with Cartel Communication Systems to address critical communication gaps in its complex project environments. Its focus remains on public-infrastructure projects overseen by government agencies in Ontario.
