Crossroads Care Surrey is a registered charity serving unpaid carers across Surrey from its base in Leatherhead, Surrey. For more than four decades, it has provided practical, needs-based support designed to give carers essential breaks and confidence that their loved ones are safe. Its services, regulated by the Care Quality Commission, include care replacement breaks, emergency care planning, and end-of-life care, delivered by professionally trained carers and volunteers in home and community settings.
