Crossroads Facility Services is the social enterprise of Crossroads Diversified Services, a nonprofit that helps people get back to work by hiring people with disabilities or providing support and employment services to individuals displaced by a disability, unemployment, are under-employment or have other significant barriers to employment. Crossroads Facility Services (CFS) sprung up out of a need in the community for an indoor/outdoor commercial facility services company with a can-do attitude and the ability to deliver top-notch janitorial, landscaping and other property maintenance services. Today, we have an experienced team of landscapers, janitors, window cleaners, and floor refinishers who are respected for their expertise and for the results they deliver every day. We are just as committed to our nonprofit parent company’s mission today as we were upon our inception and are proudly contributing 40% of our annual revenue to helping individuals with disabilities achieve gainful employment.
