Multi-site reach One church operating across three locations in southern NH and northern MA indicates potential for scalable church management solutions, multi-site communications, and shared IT infrastructure or cloud services.

Moderate size With 11-50 employees and revenue under 1M, the church represents a smaller- to mid-sized congregation that may need cost-efficient IT, fundraising platforms, and volunteer management tools tailored for smaller budgets.

Tech stack Current technologies include AWS, Google Workspace, Ruby on Rails, Backbone.js, and jQuery, suggesting opportunities for cloud optimization, modern web/mobile experiences, and CRM/ERP integrations compatible with Rails apps.

Growth potential Revenue under 1M across a three-location model signals room for digital outreach enhancements, event analytics tooling, and community engagement platforms to increase donor acquisition and participation.

Competitive landscape Similar churches in the region vary in size and revenue; there is opportunity to position scalable, affordable solutions that appeal to small to mid-sized faith-based organizations seeking efficiency and growth.
