Our Customers Since 2006, we have focused on the law enforcement market. Law enforcement agencies are currently facing a rapidly changing information landscape armed with decades-old software technology. The operating landscape of law enforcement around the country has seen a marked increase in staffing shortages, coupled by significant changes in the way various crimes are being prosecuted, resulting in a reduction to many types of calls for service police will respond to. This impact has required campus public safety and security to respond to and deal with more incidents than ever. The necessity for a robust CAD/RMS to capture and document has never been stronger. We believe Valcour CAD/RMS™ provides both sworn and non-sworn campus safety departments with the technology necessary to improve on operations efficiency and provides reporting tools to identify and strengthen campus public safety needs.. We believe that our technology will provide a many-fold improvement on operations efficiency. Our Product and Technologies Consistent with our mission, CrossWind began development of the first completely web-enabled CAD/RMS solution for the law enforcement market in 2010. CrossWind partnered with the Burlington Police Department to combine best practices in CAD/RMS workflow and policies with the latest web development tools to create Valcour CAD/RMS™. Our current technical expertise includes: React, GraphQL, Ruby on Rails, MySQL, Javascript, NoSQL (Redis, Memcache), automated testing with (Rspec and Cucumber) and both Linux and Windows server technologies.
