Crystal’s corporate headquarters and main production facility are in New York City, and additional plants are in Scranton, PA, Chicago, IL, Riverside, CA, and Union, MO. Crystal employs over 500 people at its main factory, regional branches, subsidiaries and affiliate firms. Crystal sales and distribution branch offices are located in Illinois (Chicago), Ohio (Cleveland area), and Missouri (St. Louis area). Crystal products are distributed in more than 35 states.

State-of-the-art manufacturing is employed throughout all Crystal plants. Window production is completely integrated from profile extrusion through product and accessory fabrication. Crystal is a PPG Certified Commercial Window Fabricator and a licensed user of PPG “Intercept” spacer technology with a fully integrated, advanced computerized glass cutting and i-3 Intercept insulating glass unit production lines. Window and glass assembly processes are AAMA and IGCC certified.

Crystal employs an experienced R&D engineering team and utilizes its own in-house large scale, fully computerized window test chamber to fast-track product development and facilitate quality control.
