The CS Beef Plant opened in Spring of 2017, CS Beef operates on the most modern, state of the art, green-field beef plant built to date. The new plant features the highest quality construction with the latest design and equipment to ensure the highest food safety and animal care possible. We look forward to continuing to grow meaningful relationships with cattle producers, dairy operators and beef customers in the Western U.S. We are located in the Heart of the Inter Mountain Region, just 9 miles south of Kuna, ID at the Cole Rd and Kuna Mora Rd intersection.
