We are a national training, consulting, and coaching organization with an increased focus on programs for employment professionals, supported employment, leadership development for professionals, growing teams, online training, and customized programs. Our expertise in professional and organizational effectiveness strengthens the skills of those who serve individuals facing barriers to employment, economic opportunities, and community inclusion as well as those in corporate, government, profit and non-profit ventures. With 168+ years combined experience, CTAT, LLC is a leader in disability employment services, organizational development, and performance coaching.
