Our CSA cement is engineered for use in our most popular product line — Rapid Set®. Rapid Set® is a professional-grade, fast-setting concrete and repair material (ASTM C1600), that allows you to achieve speed without sacrificing performance. It is also used to create Type K cement used in Komponent® shrinkage-compensating concrete systems (ASTM C845 Type K, ACI 223), low shrinkage concrete and non-shrink grouts. Type K Cement prevents drying shrinkage cracking, improves dimensional stability, eliminates curling and spalling, and reduces temperature and shrinkage steel requirements.
