CTSS is a division of PSR West Coast Builders located in Ontario, CA and houses Refrigeration, HVAC, Electrical, Flooring and Racking divisions. CTSS has grown in size and exposure in less than a year's span. Having been the only Refrigeration Contractor in Southern California to convert 32 brand grocery stores in 90 days has raised the bar of expectation and excellence in the Refrigeration Industry. With limited resources, CTSS developed a strategy through team support and very strenuous hard work, for all stores to be completed and opened within the deadlines awarded. This grand feat exemplifies the character and discipline within CTSS infrastructure and the dedication given to each project and to every customer. PSR West Coast Builder's President, Peter Schadek, along with CTSS Division Manager, Conrad Lopez, have brought together many talented associates that make up the sustainable fortitude found in CTSS. Collectively, CTSS, has more than 50 years experience in all areas of Commercial Supermarket construction. We are looking forward to growing together and expanding the family we've become.
