The Cuba Cheese Shoppe, best known for their famous New York State sharp white cheddar cheese, operates both as a cheese retail outlet, and a as a commercial wholesaler. The company’s products include a wide selection of gourmet cheeses in addition to complementary products such as crackers, honey mustard, jams, and cheese accessories.
