Cucina Antica Foods, Corp. is a family-owned producer of fresh, all-natural Italian sauces based in Mount Kisco, New York. Founder and chef Neil Fusco developed his sauces in the kitchen of a New York Times-rated Italian restaurant in Westchester County, NY, and the company has operated for more than 20 years. The sauces draw on Italian cooking traditions and San Marzano tomatoes from Italy, delivering simple, light flavors that pair well with vegetables, fish, poultry, meat, rice, and pasta.

All products are Non-GMO verified, Whole30-approved, and USDA-certified organic, with no water, paste, or sugar added. In 2019 the company expanded its line with Monte Bene, a new range of pasta sauces.
