Culin, Sharp, Autry & Day, P.L.C., is a general practice firm in Northern Virginia focused on providing excellent representation to meet the personal and professional transaction  and litigation needs of closely held businesses and the people who own and operate them. The named partners of CSA&D have worked together for nearly two decades, beginning as attorneys in a prior Fairfax law firm before founding their own firm in 1998. The partners have combined their strengths to lead a law firm of 7 attorneys dedicated to serving the needs of local and regional businesses and the people who make them thrive.

The current economic climate combined with evolving business needs and changing family structures require legal solutions which cannot be limited by the traditional categories for legal services.  At CSA&D, attorneys work together to provide practical and multi-disciplined solutions for today’s business and family problems. The resolution of  a business restructuring may stem from a matter that began as a domestic relations dispute.
