Cultivate Care Farms is a non-profit committed to improving the lives of children, adolescents, and community members through Farm-Based Therapy. Clinical services are available for individuals and groups. We also offer community wellness programming throughout the year.

In 2017, Cultivate became a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization to fulfill our vision for challenging the status quo of mental health. Since then, Cultivate Care Farms has flourished into an outpatient program that serves an average of 180 individuals per week from 56 towns in five counties.
