Cura OS builds the accountability infrastructure that sits between what Medicaid funds
and proof that care actually happened.

In home and community-based services, the authorized care plan describes what should
occur at every shift. The Direct Support Professional arrives to deliver it. Between
those two facts — the authorization and the delivery — there is currently no operational
mechanism confirming that authorized services were provided, at the shift level, in real
time, before a claim is filed.

That structural gap is what Cura closes.

Our platform delivers Plan-Driven Service Validation (PDSV): an accountability layer
that operates at the moment of service, connecting DSP performance directly to the
individual's authorized plan of care. EVV confirms attendance. PDSV confirms that
care matched what Medicaid authorized.

We operate across five population types — IDD/developmental disabilities, aging waiver,
personal care, VA community-based services, and private pay — across 35+ provider
agencies covering all nine Louisiana LGE regions, with 3,300+ beneficiaries and
500,000+ structured point-of-care service records.
