Cushman & Wakefield Hospitality (CWH) is a specialist division of Cushman & Wakefield, the world's largest privately-held commercial real estate services firm.  CWH provides a range of services for hotels, resorts, serviced apartments and mixed-use developments.   The division specialises in operations analysis, market research and demand analysis and has a detailed understanding of the dynamics of the accommodation industry.  This facilitates the completion of comprehensive market demand forecasts, which forms the base for market and business assessments, financial projections and valuation services.

CWH also advises on the development of new hotels, working with developers, architects and other development team members to conceptualise the optimal product for a particular site.
