Custom Automotive Network is a nonprofit association of custom automotive parts distributors that seeks to address management, financial, and legislative issues affecting the sector. Founded in 1970 and based in Post Falls, Idaho, the organization works to facilitate the profitable distribution of specialty automotive products within the motor vehicle manufacturing ecosystem through the manufacturer–distributor–retailer–consumer channel. It also runs the CAN Connect Conference, an annual gathering that provides a private forum for manufacturers and distributors to discuss sales and marketing policies and programs.

The network serves its members across the ecosystem—manufacturers, distributors, retailers—and also consumers, offering industry information and resources through its publications and online platforms; in March 2020 it announced the appointment of Michael Stickney to its board of directors. Its communications include The Supply Channel, a bi-monthly newsletter reaching thousands of high-performance retailers, and AutoParts-Connection.com, a dealer locator that helps consumers find rebates, new product announcements, and technical information, with free participation for resellers.
