Custom Automotive Network (CAN) is a nonprofit organization of custom automotive parts distributors joined together to deal with management, financial and legislative matters. Founded in 1970, CAN's mission is to assist the custom automotive industry in efforts to expand, maintain and promote the profitable distribution of specialty automotive products through the manufacturer / distributor / retailer / consumer channel.

Annually, the association hosts the CAN Connect Conference; 44th Conference is September 10-13, 2017. This is an exclusive opportunity for manufacturers and distributors to meet in a private, businesslike environment to discuss sales and marketing policies and programs. CAN publishes, The Supply Channel, a bi-monthly newsletter to distribute information on industry events and trends.  The Supply Channel reaches approximately 10,000 high performance retailers along with active and supporting members. 

CAN hosts AutoParts-Connection.com, a “buy local” dealer locator for consumers, on several manufacturers’ websites. Consumers can find manufacturer rebates, new product announcements, and technical information.  Resellers can add themselves to the APC database for free. ( www.autoparts-connection.com )
