Acquisition momentum Velociti’s acquisition of CCCInc implies active expansion into AI data centers and digital infrastructure markets, signaling a growing demand for advanced cabling, connectivity, and custom integration solutions that you can offer as complementary services.

AI data center potential The focus on AI data centers and digital infrastructure presents opportunities to position high-performance cabling, power distribution, and structured cabling solutions tailored for dense compute environments and scalable deployments.

Small but strategic With a lean team (2-10 employees) and revenue under one million, CCCInc is likely open to partner ecosystems and streamlined procurement, offering scalable, cost-effective fiber and copper cabling, components, and project-based services.

Tech stack alignment Adoption of cloud, security awareness, and web delivery tools (Cloudflare, Google Cloud, Microsoft 365, KnowBe4) indicates a buyer predisposed to secure, reliable connectivity and data integrity solutions that align with digital infrastructure deployments.

Near-term growth channels Given the acquisition and market trend toward digital infrastructure, there is a clear opportunity to propose turnkey deployment packages, including pre-terminated cables, testing, and maintenance services to support rapid scale and ongoing AI/edge initiatives.
