Cutter Aviation is a long-standing aviation services provider based in Phoenix, Arizona. Its offerings cover fueling, maintenance and avionics, as well as aircraft charter, management and sales; it is an authorized partner for new Pilatus and Piper aircraft. The company operates at nine airports across Arizona, New Mexico, California, Colorado and Texas, delivering integrated support to business aviation operators. As the oldest continuously family-owned FBO, Cutter has more than 97 years in operation and participates in industry groups such as the Pinnacle Air Network, NBAA and NATA.

In 2026 the company expanded its maintenance footprint with a new Pilatus-focused facility at Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport in Broomfield, Colorado. The facility spans about 22,000 square feet of hangar and office space dedicated to Pilatus PC-12 and PC-24 aircraft, strengthening Cutter's capacity to service Pilatus models.
