CV3 Architectural, PC is founded on the principle that our client’s needs are paramount. Our firm was established in 2013 following Mr. Vara’s previous 5-year partnership in a local firm and twenty-five years of prior design and construction experience. We bring with us an extensive understanding of commercial, healthcare, residential, recreational, office development and retail architecture. This experience gives us the ability to understand the factors that make each project unique. Building codes, zoning requirements, economic constraints and other project specific criteria often present opportunities to create something uniquely appropriate. Being able to isolate these key issues early allows us to develop a custom approach to each project.

We offer services which include project and facility evaluations, feasibility studies, master planning, code compliance reviews, space planning, pre-design surveys and studies, complete architectural design, contract documents, interior consultation, budget preparation, bid negotiation, construction administration, and post occupancy reviews.
