Cyberport Hong Kong is a government-owned IT services and IT consulting organization that functions as Hong Kong's digital tech hub and AI accelerator. It is wholly owned by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region government and aims to accelerate industry digitalisation, promote digital economy and AI development, and help Hong Kong become an international AI, innovation and technology hub. It hosts a community of more than 2,200 companies, including five listed firms and seven unicorns, with founders from 26 countries and regions and operations spanning over 35 markets. It is based on Hong Kong Island at 100 Cyberport Road. In March 2026, Cyberport Management Company Limited launched the Generative Artificial Intelligence Sandbox++ to support responsible, cross-sector experimentation with generative AI.
