Cyc was a music-driven, high-energy indoor cycling experience designed to work both body and mind. Founded in 2012, Cyc quickly became known for its inclusive, beat-based rides and vibrant community. Whether someone was a cycling fanatic or hopping on a bike for the first time, Cyc offered a welcoming and energetic atmosphere where movement met music — all without the boutique price tag. Our instructors (known as Cycologists) led 45-minute rhythm rides that felt more like dance parties than workouts. Cyc wasn’t just a fitness studio — it was a lifestyle. We believed in balance: daily sweat sessions, but also dessert; hustle and rest; athleisure and heels. We celebrated joy, effort, and community in and out of the studio. Like many businesses, Cyc was deeply impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic and closed its doors in 2020. Though the brand is no longer active, the spirit of Cyc lives on in the people who built it and those who experienced it. This page remains to recognize that legacy and serve the many who were part of the journey.
