Cycle Link International began as the international trading arm of Shanying International, and since, has turned into a comprehensive supply chain service provider. 

The company’s global purchasing footprint covers upwards of 30 countries, and the company trades in more than 35 types of paper. 

In 2007, Cycle Link was established in the US. Not long after, Cycle Link set up offices in the UK, Japan, Australia, and Europe.

In 2018, Cycle Link International purchased about 2 million MT of recycled wastepaper globally, accounting for about 12% of China's annual wastepaper imports, ranked the third place among the country. 

Since 2016—and even during the Pandemic—Cycle Link has consistently ranked Cycle Link in the top 20 exporters in the United States by the Journal of Commerce.
