At D & D Design Concepts Inc. we are a full service architectural design & structural engineering firm specializing in the design of homes from starter to extremely custom.  Our company has over 25 years of experience in the construction & development industry.  We are members in good standing of the National Association of Home Builders, and the Utah Valley Home Builders Association for more than 12 years, having had numerouse home designs in the Parade of Homes, which have been recognized as award winning designs.

In addition to all types of residential construction we also specialize in structural design & engineering for residential and commercial applications, light commercial and design professional work, and land planning/civli engineering for all types of land development and subdivision type work.

We also have a large selection of stock home plans, some of which can be viewed on our website.  In addition we have 3 different catalogues for rambler, two story, and split level designs, which offer our most popular selling home plans that can be purchased on our website, or at our office.
