The Company’s flagship product, TrenGuard Trendelenburg Positioner, is recognized as the standard of care worldwide as the NO SLIDE™ Trendelenburg positioning device that is fully compatible with under-patient devices, such as air-assisted transfer, even in steep Trendelenburg. The patented bolster technology of TrenGuard does not employ shoulder braces, nor does it require chest straps, while still accommodating patients up to 550 pounds and up to 40 degrees of deep Trendelenburg.

Surgical also offers other unique surgical positioning devices like the ArmGuard Patient Arm Protector which eliminates arm tucking, provides instant access to ports and lines, and plays a role in keeping patients safer when the table is tilted laterally. There is also the FaceGuard Head Shield/Instrument Tray which is table mounted and fully functional in both full supine and Trendelenburg positions.
