Dagger Mountain is a specialty coffee roaster based out of Valparaiso, Indiana! All we want is to change our community's perspective on coffee, thus forth we source only the best coffee available. We find our home in a renovated storage garage that serves as a roastery and tasting room. This helps us ensure quality from farm to roaster then finally to the consumer. Our coffee come from various regions of the world including: Africa, Central America, and South America. All of this coffee is roasted on our trusty german engineered Probat UG15.
