Mary Jane Dailey, founded Dailey Resources in 1989.  As the Company’s President and CEO, she has earned the coveted M&AMI, CBI, BCB, RBI, and SBA certifications.  She is a recipient  of the Fellow of the IBBA award and she is a Texas licensed real estate broker.

Dailey Resources is based in Texas and located in the heart of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.  We offer services locally, regionally and nationally.  We are a recognized  leader in the business transfer profession, specializing in mergers & acquisitions, business  valuations, and the representation of sellers of businesses.  We also perform acquisition  searches on behalf of strategic, financial, and high-net worth business buyers.

Members of our Deal Team have achieved Mergers and Acquisition Master Intermediary, Certified Business Intermediary, Board Certified Broker and Registered Business Intermediary status.
