Daily & Woods was founded in downtown Fort Smith, Arkansas by Ben Kimple and Harry P. Daily in 1912. Just a few years later, Harry P. Daily and John P. Woods continued the company as a partnership under the name of Daily & Woods.  

Daily & Woods is a full service law firm that serves the needs of individual clients as well as Fortune 500 companies in all practice areas throughout Arkansas and Oklahoma.  While many of our clients are local, we also represent clients that reside in other states.

We thrive in assisting each of our clients in transactional matters, in litigation, and on appeal.
