The Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum is a nonprofit organization dedicated to teaching the history of the Holocaust and advancing human rights to counter prejudice and indifference. Based in Dallas, Texas, it has operated as a 501(c)(3) since 1984, originally known as the Dallas Memorial Center for Holocaust Studies. In 2005 it reopened as the Dallas Holocaust Museum/Center for Education and Tolerance, and it positions itself as the only Holocaust museum serving North Central Texas and the neighboring states of Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana. The museum attracts visitors from the region, including a substantial number of school groups; in 2017 it hosted over 86,000 visitors, among them 36,000 students.

In 2023, Dallas ISD entered into Upstander Partnership agreements with the Museum to provide civics and citizenship curricula for K-12 aligned with state standards. The museum thus functions as a regional education partner, supporting teachers and students in learning about historical events and human rights.
