It offers a comprehensive range, with more than 9,500 stocked items and 1,500 made-to-order products spanning desking, seating, storage, screens, tables, reception and soft seating. The company operates its own wood-panel production and an upholstery department, and its products are independently tested to meet quality standards set by the Furniture Industry Research Association (FIRA).

Dams maintains a large stockholding in a purpose-built warehouse and distribution center with extensive pallet locations to support immediate despatch and flexible delivery options for business customers. Its target market comprises offices and other commercial environments seeking a single supplier for multiple furniture needs within the UK office furniture sector. In January 2025, Dams International announced a partnership with MY Total Office Solutions, highlighting collaboration on environmental responsibility.
