Established in 1986, the head office is currently based in Cork city. A production facility is in Kilmallock Co. Limerick, situated in the centre of Ireland’s historical ‘Golden Vale’ region – the heartland of Irish dairy production. The production plant is BRC approved and operates to the highest technical and quality standards. Dansko has the knowledge and facilities to meet customer requirements whether it’s sourcing, cut and pack or bespoke blends, while offering efficient and effective service. As well as the ability to supply a variety of products at different grades specializing in cheese, butter, butter fats and powder milks either in bulk or added value formats.
