DAOU Vineyards & Winery is a Paso Robles, California-based producer in the beverage manufacturing industry that focuses on handcrafted wines rooted in the Adelaida AVA. Founded in 2007 after planting its first vineyard, the estate emphasizes quality, terroir, sustainable practices, and a blend of innovative and traditional winemaking. Its approach includes hand-harvesting at peak ripeness, cold soaking, fermentation with native yeast, and aging in new French oak to yield expressive red and white wines that are free-run and SIP-certified. The company targets discerning wine enthusiasts and collectors, as well as hospitality partners seeking premium wine programs and guest experiences. In 2026, DAOU announced a distribution partnership with Findlater & Co for Ireland, highlighting ongoing efforts to expand its international footprint.
