Data Ethics LLC was started to help organizations maximize the use of the data they rely on for continuous improvement. Our approach is to focus on four key principles: Building Teams, Aligning Systems,  Balancing Metrics, and Managing Privacy. We help our clients achieve the highest levels of performance in each of these four principles by providing the following services: Information Privacy Management, Data Governance, Data Management, Content &Knowledge Management, Performance Management, and Custom Analytics.

We start all client relationships by listening to their needs and then, in collaboration with the client, determine the best path forward. Data Ethics uses a listen, reflect, plan and engage process to determine a proposed scope of service.  We provide these services in a manner that best fits within the client's operational structure. This may involve our team working side-by-side the client's team, working on a special project as a component of the client's overall team management structure, or completing the needed deliverable independent of the client's daily operations.
