Davidsons Homes is a family-run construction company focused on developing residential properties in the East and South Midlands of England. Headquartered in Ibstock, Leicestershire, with an additional office in Blisworth, Northamptonshire, the group emphasizes design and detailing, prioritizing durable exterior brickwork and site-appropriate aesthetics over speed. The business was founded by David Wilson and his sons and maintains employee involvement in strategic directions; it has held a 5-star rating from the Home Builders Federation for more than a decade.

Aiming to serve homebuyers who value well-integrated, high-quality homes that fit their surroundings, the company operates in regional markets rather than pursuing rapid scale. A notable recent development is a January 2026 partnership with Ashfield Land Limited to secure planning consent for Land West of Brackley, signaling continued collaboration on new site opportunities.
