Our trademark is to not have one signature look.  Each property becomes its own signature.  We explore the underlying currents, the psyche of a hotel that makes it its own personality.  Then we bring the personality out, which brings the guests in.  We understand, as do our clients, that a signature hotel that resonates and engages the guests on an emotional level, positively drives ROI.  Our own mantra is that “great design is great for business.”

Established in 1987 by Andrea Dawson Sheehan, we have an experienced, proven track record of projects that are often published and always talked about.  Our expertise in the industry gives us the credibility and longevity needed to make us an important member of our client’s strategic development team.  We are as often interviewed for our projects as we are for our business savvy.
