Incorporated in 1980, the Company commenced its business trading hardware materials and supply of manpower in the oil and gas sector. The Company from there expanded its business and services to include provisioning of maintenance services, fabrication operations, hook-up and commissioning and charter of marine vessels. Since its inception, the company has been awarded with numerous contracts including those by Petronas Carigali, Sarawak Shell Berhad and ExxonMobil.
